I make strategic decisions to meet the objectives of businesses and users by considering functionality, usability, visual design, and branding.
My main goal is to understand the user's real motivations and painpoints to improve product interactions. I can reveal valuable information which can be fed into the design process by studying realistic contexts from the research process and filtering biases from users and the development team.
